- The reception desk is open 24 hours daily. During night time, the reception service is available on demand after ringing a bell.
- The reception is open Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM (9:30 PM*), Sat-Sun 7:30 AM – 11:30 PM (9:30 PM*). * in winter
CHECK IN
- Rooms and apartments are available from noon (upon request it is possible to check in earlier).
- Arrival times are from noon until 11:30 PM (9:30 PM in winter).
Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Especially after 11:30 PM (9:30 PM) it is necessary for us to know your arrival time – a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the reception.
CHECK OUT
- On your departure date it is possible to use your room or apartment until 10:00 AM
- An extension until noon is charged with an extra 500 CZK
- If you wish, you may leave your luggage in a storage room
After 12:00 PM we consider your stay as extended and charge the following night. It is possible to apply for a shorter day stay until 7:00 PM for 1000 CZK or to extend your stay by one night.

Our guests can park their car at a guarded parking lot Florenc, 300 metres from Alice Apartment House, for 700 CZK / car / day.
We offer transfer from/to the airport or railway station for unlimited number of guests. In case of interest, please let us know in Notes. The price for 1-4 people is 630 CZK, for 5-8 people 1030 CZK.
Kids stay with us for free if a bed is not required for them. For babies we will be happy to provide complimentary infant cribs, available upon request. For other rates please contact our reception.
